Welcome - Summer Camp

Welcome to SA 2023 Summer Camp Registration!

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, and submit payment for Summer Camp.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

Saint Andrew Rowing Club (SA) is pleased to offer Summer 2023 Rowing Camps! These camps are offered to rising 6th through 12th graders to learn the sport of rowing or experienced rowers interested in improving their skills. We highly recommend that your athletes sign up for more than one week to gain a greater understanding and appreciation of the wonderful world of rowing and learn what crew life is all about. What to expect each week at camp:

  • Daily Stretching and Warmups
  • Every day is a water day
  • SA Rowing Club T-shirts
  • Working alongside current team members
  • Every Friday is race day
  • Discount on additional sessions

Our experienced coaching staff and seasoned athlete-volunteers make the SA experience like no other. Campers will learn about the sport through hands on experience in eight and four-man rowing shells. Campers will also learn rowing safety, boat handling, terminology, and beginner thru advanced rowing technique all while enjoying the beautiful Chattahoochee River. These camps offer the most continuous time on the water of any rowing camp in the Metro Atlanta Area and they are an excellent experience for rowers who may wish to join one of our squads in the fall!

Fees: $185 for 1 week sessions, subject to minimum registrations.

Advanced Intro to Rowing Camp:
This 2 week camp is designed for campers who have completed Intro to Rowing and want to

expand their rowing skills.
Fees: $370 for 2 weeks of ½ day sessions, subject to minimum registrations.
