It's time to sign up for winter training to get ready for what we plan to be an awesome Spring Season!!!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment via credit card or ACH/Check. If you would like to avoid the Sports Engine processing fee, you may remit payment via Zeffy simply by entering WinterZeffy2025 as the discount code at checkout. If paying via Zeffy, click here.

Winter Training for Novice & Varsity Squads ($400)
Winter training and conditioning is an important part of getting the squad back together and ready for an aggressive training program post-holiday season. Winter conditioning is highly recommended for all competitive rowers planning to hit the water this Spring as we pursue our goal of qualifying boats for national competition.
This 5-week program will run from December 1st through January 3rd with a break for the holidays from December 20 through January 3. However On-Your-Own workouts will be assigned and are expected to be completed. Additionally, there will be open boathouse opportunities during this time (these will be communicated closer to the date). Please note that all absences should be communicated to the appropriate coach in advance and missed days/weeks will not be pro-rated.

IMPORTANT FOR NEW PARENTS: Please take a minute to create a SportsEngine Account. This registration will walk you through the process. You will first be prompted to create your Parent Account. Please include your valid contact information during the initial registration. We use SportsEngine for all club communications.
After creating your Parent Account, this registration form will continue and you will be asked to indicate "Who you are Registering". Please enter your ROWER's information and a ROWER Profile will be created or updated under your account.
